FY 23-24: $105,893 – $132,246/year*
FY 24-25: $110,129 - $137,536/year*
*Base rate at top step and incentives
This classification will receive a 4% salary increase effective July 2024.
This position is distinguished from the supervisory levels in the Dispatch Services center in that it is responsible for the management and oversight of the Dispatch Center. This includes budget management, coordination of services with other agencies and County departments, and providing strategic leadership to address changing technology and emergency communications services demands. In addition, this position directly plans, organizes, directs, and manages the public safety dispatch center activities within the Sheriff's Office and to provide highly complex staff assistance to sworn and non-sworn staff. This management position provides full line supervision, functional management responsibility for the Dispatch Services center.
